Thomas Driscoll, Owner / Registered Piano Technician

Tom began his piano service career over 35 years ago in Sebring, Florida, as an apprentice to Paul Hegent, RPT, and immediately joined the Piano Technicians' Guild as a student member. In 1979, he graduated from the Grayson College Piano Technology Program and shortly thereafter passed the Piano Technicians Guild test at the Craftsman Grade, the Guilds highest membership level.

From 1979 to 1980, Tom was employed by the Wadley Piano & Organ Co. in Dallas, Texas. His duties included dealer preparation of new pianos along with field service, troubleshooting and concert tuning.

In 1980, Tom returned to his home state locating in Marlborough, MA, and began Tom Driscoll Piano Service.
With the support of his lovely wife Donna, Tom is surviving quite well with two teenagers in the house. He enjoys attending his daughter Emily’s lacrosse games and coaching his son Jeffrey in youth basketball. Tom also participates in men’s league softball despite becoming the player to be named later.

Tom would like to thank all those technicians both past and present, whose personal and professional guidance are continually appreciated.

This website is dedicated to the memory of the late Dennis Wrenn, Fine and Performing arts chair at Algonquin Regional High School.
