On the recommendation of my friend, composer / educator Donald Wilkins, I called upon Tom Driscoll to recondition and regulate the action on my prized Bosendorfer Grand, which had suffered somewhat from a cross-country move. Tom’s care and precision in that effort, along with his subsequent regular tunings, have been “instrumental” in making both the piano and me sound better. We have been happy customers for over 30 years. Tom takes superb care of our three pianos. He helped us recondition our first piano, sold us an excellent Steinway upright and carefully inspected our new Steinway B before we made this big purchase. Tom prepares our Steinway B when we have professional recitals. Performers rave about the piano and we're very happy with it ourselves. Tom has always been accomodating in scheduling appointments to our needs.

Tom Driscoll has been tuning and caring for all the pianos at the Performing Arts Center of MetroWest for many years. He does an excellent job, is prompt, kind and available in an emergency. In addition, my husband and I use Tom to tune and repair our home piano. I highly recommend him!
